This video is designed to give your eyes a break from staring at your computer screen and other digital devices over a period of time. Normally, you blink about 15-20 times a minute, which spreads tears evenly over your eyes. The tears help prevent your eyes from becoming dry and irritated. However, when you are looking at a screen, researchers found that you actually blink less than half of that! In this session, you will lubricate the eyes while giving your eyes a much needed break from your digital devices.
