KYLIE MINOGUE PROVES SHE HASN'T AGED A DAY AS SHE CELEBRATES 20 YEARS SINCE ICONIC SONG'S RELEASE IN NOSTALGIC POST AMID 'TELL-ALL MEMOIR PLANS'

Kylie Minogue proved she hasn't aged a day as she celebrated 20 years since the release of one of her smash hit tracks on Friday.

The Aussie pop icon, 56, took to Instagram to get nostalgic as she shared throwback snaps to mark the 20th anniversary of her song Chocolate.

She posted glamorous photographs of herself from the song's iconic music video, including one of her lounging on a leather couch.

Kylie made sure all eyes were on her as she sported a red dress, while she also had a black sequin hairpiece fixed in her rouge-tinted tresses to complete her look.

The pictures proved she has barely aged a day since as she looked identical in the throwback photographs from 2004.

'Have been melting slowly down like CHOCOLATE for 20 years,' she captioned the post as she marked the milestone achievement.

Her fans were quick to take to the comments section to share their shock that the track was 20 years old as they heaped praise on the number.

'20 years?! I still see this as a 'recent' Kylie song! Fabulous song,' one wrote.

A second said: 'One of my absolute favourites of yours,' while a third commented: 'TWENTY years?!'

'This has to be on a set list soon this song is too good,' a fourth penned.

'One of my favorites. Put on your shows again,' another urged the singer.

Her nostalgic post comes after it was revealed that Kylie is set to chronicle her life and impressive career as a megastar in an explosive tell-all memoir.

The actress and singer will lift the lid on her 40-year career in music, film and TV in a new book, according to The Sun.

Kylie is said to feel that it is the right time to 'relive some memories' now that she is at the height of her fame after her huge career resurgence with Padam Padam.

The star - who won the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's BRITs - will work with a ghostwriter on the memoir, which will also give fans insight into her love life.

A source told the publication: 'Kylie is at the pinnacle of her career and now feels like the perfect time to write about her life and relive some memories.

'She'll reveal some new anecdotes and stories and dig out some snaps from her archive.

'She will cover her music, TV and film roles, and of course her love life and the finished product is sure to incite a bidding war among publishers.'

Kylie has had an incredible year and career resurgence after soaring to huge success with her smash hit Padam Padam from her sixteenth studio album Tension.

Earlier this year, she earned her second Grammy for Padam Padam and finished her Las Vegas residency at Voltaire nightclub in May where she performed 20 dates.

Kylie described her success in the United States with her residency, titled More Than Just a Residency, as 'a big win for longevity'.

The residency was met with an overwhelming demand for tickets, with the first run of ten shows selling out within hours.

The second set of tickets proved equally as popular as they sold out within 30 minutes of going on sale.

Talking about the show, Kylie previously said: 'The spirit of Voltaire is one of pure, authentic fun.

'It's one I resonate with as a pop artist. My new album Tension is all about the space where the intimate and universal come together and Voltaire represents just that.

'The creative team has designed an environment where people can get up and dance at their tables and revel in the night.'
