SONAKSHI SINHA SIZZLES IN RED AS SHE STEPS OUT FOR DINNER WITH HUSBAND ZAHEER IQBAL: WATCH

We love a bride who’s comfortable in her skin. Sonakshi Sinha and husband Zaheer Iqbal stepped out for a dinner date, their first outing as newlyweds and the paparazzi couldn’t get enough of them. Sonakshi and Zaheer have been the talk of the town ever since it was reported that the two would tie the knot, then came rumours that Sonakshi’s family wasn’t happy with the union and then came the wedding pictures finally in which everyone looked happy and content.

Sonakshi and Zaheer stepped out for dinner with close friends and relatives, raising a toast to their union. Both Sonakshi and Zaheer have retained their faiths and had a civil marriage. They got their marriage registered and then threw a lavish reception party for friends and family.

Sonakshi and Zaheer came hand in hand when they were spotted by the paparazzi. They chose a chic restaurant in Mumbai for the outing where they were meeting friends and family. Both looked happy and Sonakshi glowed in a red silk ensemble. It was a silk dress with a knot at the waist. She completed it with a matching silk shrug. She kept her hair tied in a bun and danglers in her ears. Zaheer looked cool in a white shirt with black motifs. Before smiling at the paparazzi, Sonakshi asked how the cameras reached there and who called them while laughing with the paparazzi. 

Sonakshi and Zaheer opted for a civil marriage at her home on Sunday. They were joined by her dad Shatrughan Sinha, mother Poonam Sinha and his parents. Shatrughan later took to X to thank people for their congratulatory messages, calling it the “wedding of the century”. The couple wore ivory outfits for the wedding, with Sonakshi later changing into a gold and red saree.

At the end of the day, Sonakshi shared a sweet post thanking friends and family for making it special. She wrote, “Whattttt a day!!!! The love, the laughter, the togetherness, the excitement, the warmth, the support from every one of our friends, families and teams… it was like the universe came together for two people in love to give them exactly what they’ve always hoped, wished and prayed for. If this is not divine intervention… we don't know what is. We are both truly blessed to have each other and so much love protecting us.”
