KARAN JOHAR OVERWHELMED WITH RESPONSE OF BOLLYWOOD INDUSTRY FOR LAKSHYA LALWANI STARRER KILL; SAYS ‘WE’RE GRATEFUL’
Karan Johar’s Kill is all set to release in theatres on 5th July. The film will feature Lakshya Lalwani in the lead role. Recently, the filmmaker organised a grand screening in Mumbai. Celebrities like Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Varun Dhawan and several others graced the event. After getting an overwhelming response, Karan took to his Instagram stories to thank the people from Bollywood.
He wrote, “On behalf of Sikhya and Dharma…Thank you all for coming to support our film #KILL… We are indebted to everyone for posting and sharing our excitement and energy on this deep rooted genre film that we are all so proud of! We are grateful to all the outstanding actors and the amazing crew of KILL! We can’t wait for the audience to discover the madness on this midnight express! Nikhil! Lakshya, Raghav, Tanya, and the terrific ensemble! We love you !!!”
Earlier, Vicky took to his Instagram stories and appreciated the film Kill. Praising the team, the actor wrote “I tip my hat off to each and everyone involved in making this film. Kill was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2023. This film marks the Bollywood debut of Lakshya Lalwani. The movie will delve into a train journey that brings several challenges as a pair of commandos face an army of invading bandits.
Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the movie also features Raghav Juyal, Tanya Maniktala, Adrija Sinha, Abhishek Chauhan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Harsh Chhaya, Yatin Karyekar and Kashyap Kapoor in pivotal roles.
Lakshya Lalwani will also feature in Dostana 2 and Bedhadak. The actor is known for his work in Television shows like Adhuri Kahaani Hamari, Porus, Warrior High, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil and Chandragupta Maurya to name a few.
