Kalki 2898 AD: Nag Ashwin has revealed in a conversation with Variety that the team has already shot for 25 to 30 days for Part 2. However, there is still much to be done. Discussing the creation of Kalki 2898 AD, Ashwin admitted that the team did not initially grasp the scale and complexity of the project. The team aimed to be authentic in design and action sequences, realizing the project's grandeur as they progressed. Initially, they intended to do everything in India but ended up collaborating with a few foreign companies as well.
