Following this, in the June 27 episode, a new nominations task resulted in seven housemates being nominated: Armaan Malik, Lovekesh Kataria, Deepak Chaurasia, Payal Malik, Sai Ketan Rao, Shivani Kumari, and Sana Sultan.

Criticism on social media accuses the show of promoting polygamy. On that note, Armaan's first wife, Payal was seen in tears discussing her husband's second marriage to Kritika.
Narrating Armaan and Kritika's wedding, Payal recalled how she learned of their decision while she was away. She recounts receiving a call with the news of their marriage, expressing her emotional turmoil over the situation.
